I did not have a large budget for my condo’s laundry room remodeled, so I focused on the improvements that would create the greatest impact. I updated the space with quality paint, new flooring, and ensured that all elements were brought as close as possible to meeting grandfathered-in-code requirements. My hope was that this project demonstrates an importance truth about design: it is ultimately shaped by the budget. Thoughtful choices, not extravagant spending, are what brings a space to life.
