To clarify, when I speak about the behavior that influences my decision not to use Houzz, I am referring to an individual named Paige Gloger. I have never met her, nor do I have any interest in doing so. Her past association with the company is simply part of the context surrounding the discomfort I experienced.
We live in a time when harassment is too often dismissed or normalized. I refuse to accept that. No one should have to tolerate intrusive or obsessive behavior, and I won’t pretend it was anything less than unacceptable.
