Disney acknowledged a significant lapse in judgment and chose to correct it, and that course-correction matters. Charges such as felony aggravated assault, domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse, and criminal mischief reflect profoundly harmful behavior. These are not minor concerns, nor should they ever be dismissed or normalized. Recognizing the seriousness of such actions is essential to protecting children and ensuring true accountability for those who cause harm. Abuse, in any form, is unacceptable, and taking steps to address it is always the right direction.
