“Born Into the Music Industry, But Now I Keep My Heart Far From It.”

I might have been born into the music industry, but now I keep my heart at a distance from it. I don’t date within it either – and truthfully, I haven’t dated anyone in years. That boundary comes from experience – the kind you only gain by living through something difficult.

Some women get swept up in the world around male musicians – the attention, the allure, the intensity – and it often creates an atmosphere that borders on chaos. It’s a world where emotions run high and boundaries blur, and stepping into it can feel like stepping into a whirlwind.

Now I carry that wisdom quietly, and I choose peace over chaos every time.

When you’re dating a man in the music industry, ask yourself one simple question: “Do I trust him? If the answer feels blurred or uncertain, that is your answer – and it’s your cue to walk away with grace.
