Former Friend’s Sudden Exit and New Associations Create a Disturbing Pattern

I find myself questioning a series of circumstances that appear unusually interconnected. One man, Sergio Ducoulombier with whom I had very brief intimate involvement with — without actually having intercourse, and whom I stopped seeing immediately after learning he had a girlfriend — later became extremely close with a longtime friend of mine, Karen Lenhert. In fact, Karen dated one of his close friends before she disappeared from my life, and another, Tony Garcia, afterward. The pattern is difficult is to overlook, given the timing and the individuals involved. What raises further concern is that Karen abruptly disappeared from my life without any disagreement, conflict, or explanation. Shortly thereafter, she was spending time with individuals who had direct ties to situations in which I was misled or manipulated.

In, 2011, Sergio Ducoulombier told me directly that he had provided me with false business opportunities in order to monitor my activities. From my perspective, this behavior constituted a serious violation of my privacy and felt consistent with stalking. I regard his actions as highly inappropriate and potentially unlawful, and they caused me significant concern at the time. Given the history, it is difficult to ignore the pattern that my former friend has, for years, chosen to associate closely with individuals connected to those events for years. The overlap feels too specific to dismiss as coincidence, and it has led me to question whether there may be deeper issues at play.

I recognize that these circumstances are unusual, and unsettling, and I believe they warrant thoughtful consideration.

To be clear. The connections I identified were all found online through connections, and I simply connected the dots.
