I saved myself from his lies. I see them, I understand them, yet they no longer touch the quiet places within my soul. The stories that once felt heavily on me have slipped away, and in their place I carry only love and a calm that settles softly in my soul. I no longer reach for explanations or try to untangle what was never mine to hold. His lies belong to him now, and I choose to meet them with honesty, with clarity, and with a quiet devotion to myself.
