Yes, this was the first set of scaled drawings submitted to the ASID Minnesota Showcase House for review. Although they appear somewhat rough in this image, the originals were truly beautiful — rendered in charcoal, colored markers, layered textures that brought each concept to life. Presenting them in person to Gabriel Keller, Project Manager at Domain Architecture & Design, was an experience I will never forget. My hands were literally shaking from nerves; after all, this was Gabriel Keller, an exceptionally talented professional with exacting standards.
They accepted the drawings, requesting only a few final detail revisions. I felt both grateful and apprehensive in that moment. It became one of those rare, defining experiences — the kind that remains with you because it alters something with you.
