I was abused, hurt, and completely alone. And when I needed help the most, no one in the music industry stepped in. No one offered a hand. No one gave me a safe place to stay when my life was in danger. No one held me, no one protected me, and no one supported me financially to escape my abuser.
Instead, they watched. And they profited.
My pain became their opportunity. My suffering became their storyline. That was the extent of their involvement.
So no – I don’t trust anyone. And now you understand why.
